Is it time to revive the Civilian Conservation Corp. and the Works Progress Administration to provide jobs?

Would American unemployed youth be willing to live in barracks and eat in mess halls while rebuilding our national parks and monuments in exchange for room, board and a small salary. Or would they find it impossible to live without wii's, TV and laptops?
