Tiffany Novo Engagement Ring?

I want a Tiffany Novo from my boyfriend, but I had a random question about it. I was wondering if anyone knew if you could put a yellow diamond in the Tiffany Novo setting? I know that I can get a ring cheaper, but it has been my dream since I was little to have a Tiffany ring and my boyfriend wants me to have what I want, even if it takes a little longer to save for. Also, does anyone have a real life picture of their Tiffany Novo ring? I want to get a feel for different carat sizes.
