What does this National Guard discharge chapter mean?

I've asked around about this but I can't seem to get a straight answer. Under "Authority and Reason" on my NGB 22 form, it says "NGR 600-200, Para 8-35d(4)". Does anyone know what it means? One soldier told me it meant I was discharged because of pregnancy and I know that isn't true.
