What to get my boyfriend for his birthday?!?

He's turning 19...and money isnt an issue, i just dont know what he would really want...we've been dating 10 months...he got me a tiffany and co bracelet for my birthday in april...what are some ideas? I was thinking of getting him something meaningful and then something that he could use around $100-$200...ive gotten him perfume for christmas and stuff...i dunno what are some ideas?!
