How should i study? i live in a noisy place?

my house is in front of a very busy national highway ...whole day their is different types of noises.....their is no such second i don't hear a horn....and noise of heavy truck,,,in this type of enviornment i am not at all able to study///and concentrate i am not able to learn any thing...and i have to clear my law exam which needs a lot of study.....
