Can there be something like "good Taliban".?

In Pakistan, we hear that there are good taliban and then there are bad taliban. They say that Afghan taliban are good taliban because they do not attack pakistan. On the other hand they say that pakistani taliban are bad taliban because they are carrying out attacks agianst pakistani military and civilians. I cannot understand this hypocracy, how can one come up with such BS like "good taliban" and "bad taliban" , it is like saying "Good Evil" and "Bad Evil" when Evil is evil in all its manifestations. Taliban are taliban, a savage group of stone age mentality terrorists. Remember afghan taliban destroyed afghan girls schools and pakistani taliban are repeating the same crime in pakistani areas, how can one is termed good and other as bad when in reality they are same criminals just working in two different countries.
